Aaron serves as the Owner and Vice President of Field Operations at Wylie Drilling, bringing over 23 years of experience to the role under the mentorship of his father, Stanley Phifer, the Proprietor. Raised in the construction industry, Aaron holds numerous accolades and achievements, including OSHA 30 certification, which underscores his expertise in managing field safety.

His responsibilities encompass overseeing all field operations, mentoring field personnel, managing ongoing contracts, scheduling, and ensuring cost and quality standards. Aaron plays a crucial role in Wylie Drilling’s growth by fostering and maintaining strong relationships within the General Contractor and Subcontractor community.

As General Manager, Adam oversees daily office operations, providing strategic planning to ensure the successful execution of all projects. He has been with Wylie Drilling for nearly 6 years.

With a 10+ year background in management and business degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, he serves as the lead estimator, provides mentorship and vision the office staff, reviews new contracts, and builds strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

In Lecia’s role as an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HR Specialist, she manages the essential financial and human resources functions of the organization. Bringing with her a BBA in Finance, She has over 18 years of experience with the Wylie Drilling family.

Requiring meticulous attention to detail, her role encompasses benefit administration, accounts payable and receivable, certified payrolls, insurance, and TXDOT compliance labor regulation reporting.

Jenna manages all vendor scheduling at Wylie Drilling and has been with the company for nearly 8 years.

Her key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for rebar subcontractors, works closely with lead dispatchers overseeing all concrete scheduling, daily production reporting, project progress tracking, managing personnel certifications, and assisting with crew scheduling.

Kaylee oversees all aspects of pre-construction project coordination and has been with Wylie Drilling for 4 years.

Her duties include assisting with material and labor sourcing for estimates, establishing new vendor accounts, administering contracts with second-tier subcontractors, collaborating with customers to confirm construction methods that meet specifications, and obtaining approvals for all project submittals.
